These terms explain how Fynia's service works, what users are responsible for, how tokens and purchases are treated, and the legal framework that applies to the use of the platform.

Fynia provides access to loan payoff optimization through access tokens. Each token unlocks one optimization. Purchases are one-time payments, and Fynia does not require a subscription.
Tokens purchased through Fynia are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that period, unused tokens expire and cannot be redeemed.
Users are responsible for monitoring token validity and using tokens within the applicable timeframe.
After using a valid token, Fynia generates estimated payment alternatives, projected interest savings, payoff timing, and a downloadable PDF report based on the loan information entered by the user.
Fynia does not assume responsibility for errors caused by incorrect data entry or miscommunication by the user during use of the service. Users should carefully review all submitted information to confirm that it is accurate before proceeding.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, Fynia's payment provider and merchant of record where applicable. Payment-related details, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and checkout handling may be managed by Lemon Squeezy according to its own terms, policies, and applicable payment rules.
Fynia does not represent that it controls every part of the checkout or payment-processing flow handled by third-party providers.
The Fynia name, logo, trademarks, service marks, design elements, and related brand features are the exclusive property of Fynia.
No part of this intellectual property may be used, copied, reproduced, or redistributed in any form without explicit written permission.
Refunds are generally not available once a token has been used to generate an optimization report, because the digital service has already been delivered.
If you purchased a token but did not receive it, cannot access it, or experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact Fynia support at hello@fynia.co. Fynia may, at its discretion, provide support, issue a replacement token, or request or coordinate a refund through the payment provider when appropriate.
Refunds may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable law.
Fynia's results are estimates based on the information entered by the user. Projected savings, payoff dates, payment alternatives, and payoff timelines are not guaranteed and may differ from actual lender calculations or loan outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fynia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including financial losses, lost savings, or decisions made based on estimated results.
Fynia's total liability for any claim related to a specific optimization will not exceed the amount paid for the token used for that optimization, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation. Final decisions and actions remain the user's responsibility.
Fynia is not a bank, lender, broker, financial advisor, legal advisor, or tax advisor. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Users are responsible for verifying loan terms, prepayment rules, fees, lender calculations, and payment decisions directly with their lender or a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Fynia may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
Changes generally apply to future use of the service and future purchases after the updated Terms are posted. If a change is material, Fynia may take reasonable steps to provide additional notice when appropriate.
By continuing to use Fynia after updated Terms are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity or individual operating Fynia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's location require otherwise.
Payment-related matters may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms, policies, and applicable payment rules.
