- Email address, used only for token delivery, purchase confirmation, and purchase-related support.
- We collect and store loan-related inputs you provide, such as loan amount, interest rate, current monthly payment, loan timing, fees when applicable, optimization date, and generated optimization results.
- Coarse location for analytics, including billing country and, for U.S. customers, state.
These loan inputs and optimization results are stored in de-identified form. They are not linked to a personal profile, name, or user account, and are not used to identify individual users. We do not store full billing addresses and do not require your name, ID number, phone number, or street address to use the service.

We use this information to provide the loan payoff optimization, generate your payoff analysis, projected interest savings, payoff timing, recommended payment alternatives, and downloadable PDF report, troubleshoot issues, analyze product performance, and improve Fynia's service.
Support email addresses may also be used to deliver tokens, confirm purchases, and respond to support requests when applicable. Fynia also uses limited analytics tooling, including Google Tag Manager, to understand site and product performance. This may involve cookies or similar technologies, but not to build personal marketing profiles.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. During checkout, Lemon Squeezy may collect billing details such as country, postal code, and, where applicable, state, in order to process payments, comply with tax requirements, and prevent fraud.
Fynia does not store full billing addresses. Billing details provided at checkout are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's policies.
